We Help?

Engaging the Firm
How do I retain Wright Law Firm?

Wright Law Firm accepts new matters by referral and invitation only. If you have been referred by an existing client or colleague, please contact us to schedule an initial consultation. We will evaluate whether we are able to assist and, if so, discuss next steps.

An attorney-client relationship is only established through a written engagement agreement signed by both parties. Please do not send confidential information until that relationship has been formally established.

What types of matters does the firm handle?

Wright Law Firm concentrates on complex commercial litigation, business transactions, and outside general counsel services for businesses and entrepreneurs. Our litigation practice includes TCPA and class action defense, employment and collective action defense, data breach and cybersecurity matters, and high-stakes business disputes in state and federal courts.

Where is the firm licensed to practice?

Wright Law Firm, PLC is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and in select federal courts throughout the United States. We regularly handle matters in U.S. District Courts across the country, including in California, Florida, Michigan, and Arizona.

What should I expect during an initial consultation?

Initial consultations are evaluative in nature. We will discuss the facts of your matter, assess the legal landscape, and determine whether our firm is positioned to assist. The format, duration, and fee structure of consultations vary depending on the nature of the matter and our existing relationship with the client.

Please come prepared with a brief summary of your situation and any key documents. We will follow up with our assessment and, if appropriate, a proposed engagement.

Do you offer flat-fee or contingency arrangements?

Our fee structures vary by matter type. We offer hourly, flat-fee, and in select circumstances contingency or hybrid arrangements. The applicable fee structure will be set forth in your written engagement agreement. We are happy to discuss options during your consultation.
